We manufacture exceptional quality Woven Velvet Fabrics from superior quality raw materials. Our superior quality velvet's pile is formed from warp (lengthwise) yarns woven fine backing. Then these backings are woven on a double piece loom to create two fabrics simultaneously. After this, velvet pile is squeezed between the layers of loom. As the cloth comes off the loom, the "pile sandwich" is split to create two pieces of velvet - each with an erect pile.

We produce woven velvet in width upto 60", but however we can custom design the width according to specific requirements. These velvet fabrics are given a very fine finish and are available in weights ranging from 140 gsm upto 1200 gsm. Made from 100% Cotton, Polyester, Viscose (Rayon) these finely woven velvet fabrics show premium characteristics. We make our woven velvet in various patterns like greige, dyed, printed, discharge print, burn-outs, embroidered, pleated, crushed or burn-out style with prints etc.

We manufacture and supply superior quality Chenille Yarn, which are produced with technically advanced Italian machines. Our chenille yarns are electronically cleared on high-speed winders equipped with electronic yarn clearer's. We manufacture these rare quality chenille yarns both for weaving and knitting fabrics and their twists are added as per specific requirements.

Our highest quality chenille yarns are made from materials like pure cotton, acrylic, viscose, polyester, silk, wool, polypropylene, lurex, polyfilm. The blends for these chenille yarns usually range from 0.5Nm - 10Nm.

Backed by the sophisticated machineries, we are capable of manufacturing 100 tons of yarn per month with average count of NM 3.5. These chenille yarns are available either on 6" cone or 10" dye cone or in the form of hanks.

We offer ultimate flexibility in terms of design too, our yarns can be made available in Greige, Hank or in Cone Dyed form as per the requirement of the customer. Chenille yarns have various uses like they can be used for making superior quality sweaters, blankets etc.
