We are pleased to inform you that we are having an existing twisting capacity at our Daman plant (near Vapi) for :-

TFO TWISTING OF SINGLE YARNS INTO DOUBLE YARNS FOR ALL TYPES OF SPUN YARNS ON TWO FOR ONE TWISTERS @ 200 Tons /month.

Our two for one Twister machines are of latest technology and are capable of Twisting all type of Spun Yarns like :-

COTTON, POLYESTER, VISCOSE, ACRYLIC, WOOL and its blends etc. etc.... In the count range: ~ NE 2/35's up to 2/140's.

The feed packages are Assembly Wound packages on Assembly Winder and precision wound package on Precision Winders equipped with Auto Length Measuring Device and Yarn Clearers.

We are also going to have a Gassing Machine to supply gassed Yarns on dye package.

We are pleased to inform you that we are now in the process of adding extra TFO spindle age in our plant so as to have an additional capacity of approx. 300 Tonnes / month. Therefore, the total capacity will reach 500 tones/month.

The expansion has already started and will be completed by March, 2008.

Please advise us if you are interested in the TFO Twisted Yarns either on Job Work basis or on outright sale basis on a continuous manner so that we can plan our production. Please give us the following information of the single yarn to be twisted on TFO :

• Type of Yarn and count to be twisted.
• TPI required on double Yarn.
